WiFi
The WiFi option enables you to connect your Raptor to a WiFi network
How to connect a WiFi network?
- Open the
Setting->WiFimenu - the raptor will start to search WiFi networks - Tap the required network
- If the network has a password, use the virtual keyboard to enter the password
- When the network icon turns green with V - the network is connected
How to turn off Raptor's WiFi?
- Swipe up on the
Setting->WiFiicon - After disconnecting the icon will change its color to red
How to disconnect from a WiFi network?
- Tap the
Setting->WiFimenu - Tap on the WiFi network you want to disconnect
- A message will appear, the network will be disconnected
How to forget a WiFi network?
- Tap the
Setting->WiFimenu - Swipe up on the WiFi network you want to forget
- A message will appear, the network will be forgotten
How to use the keyboard?
The Raptor virtual keyboard uses the Raptor sensors for selecting keys by moving your head
The virtual keyboard has the following operation modes:
Manual Select (Default)
- Point with your head to choose keys from the displayed keyboard
- Selecting a key is done by tap
- Choosing the V key to continue. This will close the keyboard and will start the WiFi connection process
Auto Select
- Selecting the operation mode to be 'Auto select' is done by gazing the "Auto select:off" key and tap
- Point with your head to choose keys from the displayed keyboard
- Selecting a key is done by gazing on it until it is filled
- Choosing the V key to continue. This will close the keyboard and and will start the WiFi connection process
Touch Select
This mode will be active when the sensors on your Raptor are not calibrated
In this mode you should select the keys on the keyboard using the touch pad (forward, backwards or tap, down to exit)
QR Code Scanning
The Raptor keyboard enable to scan QR code, for example for scanning a WiFi network
When selecting the QR code key, the Raptor uses the camera the scan the QR code
Select the "scan QR code" key and follow the instructions
